Digital Sign Submission Guide 

1. Enter your contact information in the required fields of name, email, sponsoring organization and organization's contact information.
2. Click browse to locate the appropriate file to be uploaded. Make sure that selected file is entered in the appropriate category (Images, Text documents, Other files).
3. Repeat step two if uploading more than one type of file per submission.
4. Review that selected files are in an accepted format.
5. Enter any additional information (Who, what, where, when) and click finish.
6. A redirect will bring users to a confirmation page. Check your email for a confirmation message for a successful submission.

Troubleshooting

I selected the wrong file to upload and cannot clear the upload field.

To clear a field on the form, navigate your browser away from the page to a new page and then reenter the pages URL or close your browser. Simply refreshing the page or using the back / forward history function will not clear the fields.

I did not see confirmation page/ did not receive a confirmation email following form submission.

Make sure your files are in a supported format [.jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .doc, .txt, .pdf, .ppt, .ai, .mp3] and are under the size limit of 1.5MB per file. If these conditions are not met, the submission will fail.

Lucas Hall monitors display horizontally and vertically. We can adapt your slide to the other display orientation (vertical to horizontal; horizontal to vertical), but to maintain image integrity, the slide will not fill the entire frame.
